We love strong coffee—but what about coffee with a distinct character?

This Pink Bourbon from Finca la Riviera has been a must-try Colombian coffee at Tanat for several years; it is the result of a meticulous process in which every stage of fermentation is carefully controlled. Using a modern process (Bioreactor Inoculation Washed), selected yeasts guide the fermentation in a controlled environment before the cherries are washed, in order to reveal the full potential of the terroir and the Pink Bourbon.

As an espresso, it’s elegant: the first sips reveal juicy peach, complemented by the delicacy and sweetness of orange blossom. Finally, a vibrant, slightly tart red currant note lingers, giving the cup a lovely finish.

Despite its innovative and technical processing method, this coffee doesn't aim for exuberance either. It retains great clarity and a perfectly balanced smoothness.
