Shipping policy
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Canada only.
International shipping is currently unavailable, but we plan to introduce it in the near future.
2. Processing Time
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is placed (Tuesday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
Order on Tuesday → shipped by Friday
Order on Friday → shipped by next Thursday (usually earlier!)
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Local (same province): 1–4 business days

Please note that rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
4. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs may vary depending on package weight, size, carrier, and shipping date.
Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD (regular parcel only).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
5. Shipping Carrier
We ship via Canada Post and other reliable carriers depending on your location.
We select the fastest and most cost-effective option available.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping delays may occur due to:

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
