To unlock its full flavor potential, the hand-picked fruit undergoes a sophisticated anaerobic fermentation while being inoculated with citric yeasts, capped off by a thermal shock wash to instantly lock in pristine fruit clarity. The result is an absolute flavor explosion in the cup—orange juice, peach and Lychee.
