Twig Blend Tea

This tea is a kuki hōjicha, made by blending roasted green tea stems and roasted oolong tea stems.

Made from tea stems rather than leaves, it is naturally lower in caffeine and offers a lighter, gentler cup. It has a sweet aroma reminiscent of freshly baked cookies with a subtle milky note, leaving a bright, fruity sweetness on the finish.

For a hot brew, we recommend using freshly boiled water and steeping for about 1½ minutes. It is also excellent as a cold brew, where its aroma becomes even more vibrant and expressive.

ノームの茎ほうじ

このお茶は緑茶の茎と烏龍茶の茎をそれぞれ焙煎後にブレンドした「茎のほうじ茶」です。葉の原料 に比べカフェインも少なく飲み心地も軽やかです。クッキーのような焼き菓子を想わせる甘い香り、 ほんのりミルキーな印象も。飲んだあとに明るいフルーティな甘さが残ります。ホットは熱湯でさっと（1分半くらい）抽出するのがおすすめ。水出しにしても、さらに華やかな印象で美味しく楽しめます。
