Returned items usually cannot be resold, which is a big loss for a small business like ours. Please make sure you truly want the item before purchasing. If you’re not sure, feel free to visit our physical shop and ask our staff!

Do you ship to my home?

Not yet — we currently offer store pickup only.

We’re working on adding shipping to your home soon! Thankfully, we’ve received messages from people outside BC, and even outside Canada, who want our products. We will get there step by step.

When will my order be ready for pickup?

Your order will be ready the next business day to up to 5 days.

Since we are a small business with a small team, we don’t have a dedicated full-time online shop staff yet. Our baristas, who are busy working at the bar, prepare the online orders as well. If the shop isn’t busy, your order might even be ready on the same day!

Do you grind beans?

No, we don’t grind beans.

This is our very first online shop. We’ve wanted to create one for a long time, but our first priority has always been making customers happy at the physical shop.

This fall, a couple of our loyal customers, Matt and Yuka, who have been visiting us since the very beginning, offered to help us make this online shop. They guided us through the entire project, and it wouldn’t have happened without them. We are so grateful for Matt and Yuka.

We hope you enjoy browsing this online shop as our Oidé catalog, especially since we don’t currently have enough space in the store to display all our products nicely.
