Alo [Sky Project FL]

A product of Alo Coffee’s Sky Project, this lot is grown in the village of Alo, in Bensa. The idea behind the project is as simple as it is radical: to seek out altitudes where cooler nights slow down the ripening of the coffee cherries. This slower maturation allows the fruits to accumulate more sugars and develop a particularly dense aromatic expression.

In the cup, the coffee plays on the notes of fruitiness and freshness. Peach appears first: pulpy, ripe, and juicy. Then comes red grape with its vibrant sweetness. Finally, redcurrant reveals itself with its bright acidity.
